Mid-century residential

Working with a space that already carries strong identity requires a careful balance. In this project, I focused on preserving the original architectural details while introducing mid-century and contemporary pieces that support the character of the home rather than compete with it.

Each room was designed to let the history of the house remain present, while still reflecting the client’s lifestyle, age, and interests. The aim was to create harmony between old and new and avoid any visual clashes in a building where traditional structure meets modern living.

The result is a calm, cohesive interior that feels grounded, personal, and respectful of the home’s past yet fully connected to the way it’s lived in today.
